The eight member organizations overseeing the plan
The CT Plan is overseen by an Operating Committee (OC) comprised of the seven current U.S. equity exchange groups and FINRA. Each year, the OC elects a chair among this group to serve a one-year term.

- Cboe Global Markets Global exchange operator running four U.S. equities exchanges: BZX, BYX, EDGA and EDGX.
- FINRA The self-regulatory organization overseeing U.S. broker-dealers and off-exchange trade reporting.
- IEX The Investors Exchange — a U.S. equities exchange focused on protecting investors from predatory trading.
- Long-Term Stock Exchange A U.S. equities exchange built for companies and investors with a long-term horizon.
- MEMX Members Exchange — a member-founded equities exchange focused on lowering costs and increasing transparency.
- MIAX Miami International Holdings — operator of the MIAX Pearl Equities exchange and options markets.
- Nasdaq Operator of the Nasdaq Stock Market and two additional U.S. equities exchanges: BX and PSX.
- New York Stock Exchange Operator of five U.S. equities exchanges: NYSE, American, Arca, National and Chicago.
