CT Plan Agreements
A single CT Plan Usage Agreement covering all three Tapes, replacing your legacy CTA and UTP subscriber agreements. A single CT Plan Distributor Agreement replacing the legacy Plan vendor agreements.

Required for all direct and indirect recipients of Tape A, B and C data.

Required for all datafeed recipients or distributors of Tape A, B and C data.

Exhibit A - to the Distribution Agreement
Governs Customer terms, licenses, and inventory schedules for CT Plan market data.

Agreement Changes
Agreement Structure
One Data Usage Agreement replaces the legacy CTA and UTP Subscriber Agreements. One Distribution Agreement replaces legacy CTA and UTP Vendor Agreements along with an Exhibit A which is generated online through the Administration Portal which references each of the Data Licenses.
The Agreements are structured around how CT Data is used rather than the type of entity using it. The Agreements are complemented by the policies and fees.
